Kew Bakery & Cafe is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Café All-Rounder / Barista to join our team in Kew East.

We are looking for someone who can confidently help across different areas of the café. Experience or knowledge in baking bread, pastries or other bakery products would be a big advantage.

Main duties include

- Making coffees and other drinks
- Taking orders and using the POS
- Providing friendly customer service
- Serving cakes, pastries and bakery items
- Preparing sandwiches, wraps and simple cafe food
- Restocking displays and fridges
- Dishwashing and general cleaning
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Assisting with bread and pastry preparation/baking if experienced

We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have cafe,barista or hospitality experience
- Can make good coffee using a commercial espresso machine
- Are reliable,



punctual and comfortable working in a small team
- Have valuable customer service skills
- Can work efficiently during busy periods
- Are clean and organised
- Have bread or pastry baking experience (highly desirable)
- Are willing to learn and help wherever needed
