We're seeking a friendly, reliable, and skilled Call Centre Operator to join a busy and supportive team. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, you'll handle a variety of enquiries, provide accurate information, update records, process requests, and ensure every interaction is delivered with a high level of professionalism and care.

This role would suit someone who has worked in a customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, reception, or call centre environment and is confident communicating with a wide range of people. Previous call centre experience would be highly regarded, however we're equally interested in candidates who have developed strong customer service skills in other professional settings.

The successful candidate will be someone who is dependable, personable, and able to learn new processes quickly. You'll be joining a team with a strong customer focus, so a positive attitude,



attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping people are essential.

Due to upcoming team changes, there is an immediate need for additional support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a stable, long-term position and become a valued member of the team. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
