Job tasks & responsibilities

You will be offered a full time position and will be required to work on several projects.

· Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications

· Performing skilled carpentry tasks such as framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work

· Collaborating with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

· Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the construction process

· Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies

· Undertake all carpentry duties including framing, formwork, roofing, flooring and finishing

· Use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently

· Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures and safety standards

Skills and experience

Qualifications:



Carpentry Certificate.

Experience: Minimum 1–2-year experience.

· White Card holder.

· Proven experience as a carpenter – at least 1–2-year work experience.

· Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction carpentry techniques.

· Aptitude in using appropriate tools

· Be Punctual.

· Ability to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.

· Conscientious with great attention to detail.

· Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Flexibility for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines

Pay: From $82,000.00 per year
