Hunters Hill Lodge is a vibrant Retirement Community of serviced apartments nestled between the convenience of Hunters Hill shopping village and the splendid vista of Tarban Bay.

We are looking for casual Personal Carers/AINs to help us deliver ageing in place care to our residents.

Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be part of a highly supportive workplace culture with a genuine passion for continuous improvement and excellence.

Essential requirements:

- Certificate III, IV or higher qualification

- Min. 1 year employment experience (excluding placement)

- No restrictions on total working hours in a fortnightly cycle

- Previous work history in an retirement/aged facility an advantage

- Empathetic and compassionate with a vibrant & engaging personality

- Passion to provide seniors with quality care

- First aid certificate

- Superior communication skills - written & verbal

- Adaptable, reliable, with a 'can do' working attitude





- Hold a current Police check or be willing to undertake

- Have excellent interpersonal skills

- Hold a genuine passion for working within the aged care sector.

- We are looking for suitable candidates to cover the following shifts:

Day shift - 7.30am-2.30pm/3.30pm

Short evening shift - 5.00pm-9.00pm

Evening Shift & Sleepover - 3pm-9pm plus sleepover (9pm-6am with flat rate)

Both weekdays and weekends
