Our kitchen serves a busy mix of locals and visitors, offering everything from classic pub favourites to more refined dining options, and we take pride in consistently high standards across the board.
About the role:
We're seeking skilled, reliable chefs who thrive in a fast-paced venue and take pride in consistent, quality food. You'll work across a busy kitchen serving pub classics through to á la carte dining, so previous experience in a similar high-volume environment is essential.
What you'll bring:
- Around 5 years' experience as a chef in a busy commercial kitchen (pub,
restaurant or hotel background preferred)
- Solid knife skills and a robust understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure across multiple sections
- A team-first attitude and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Relevant trade qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
