Financial Accounting Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial accountant / Finance Manager to take the lead and play a key role in driving financial excellence across the business.

n

Reporting to the Finance Controller, you'll combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial thinking, people leadership and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Lead day-to-day Finance operations and a high-performing Finance team.
n
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and variance reporting.
n
- Ensure robust financial controls, reconciliations and reporting accuracy.
n
- Manage cash flow, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet integrity.
n
- Oversee payroll and key statutory obligations including BAS, FBT, payroll tax and superannuation.
n
- Lead internal and external audit processes and maintain strong compliance standards.
n




- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve Finance processes.
n
- Coach and mentor the Finance team

What You'll Bring

- Qualified accountant, with proven experience leading and developing Finance teams.
n
- Strong technical accounting, reporting, controls and compliance experience.
n
- Broad knowledge across the full Finance function.
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
