We are looking for a highly motivated Mining Supervisor – Open Pit to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside like-minded professionals, contributing to a developing operation and sharing their knowledge and experience while gaining exposure to different areas of the wider business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and a genuine commitment to safety, leadership and developing their team.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

n

n




- Current C Class Driver's Licence (manual)
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in open pit mining or quarrying, including experience operating mining equipment
n
- Supervisor S26 Certificate
n
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
n
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
n
- Solid written, verbal and presentation communication skills
n
- A collaborative approach with demonstrated team-building capabilities
n
- A strong commitment to safety and operational performance
n
