Dawsons Training is a Cairns based Registered Training Organisation (RTO #32461) providing nationally recognised training with a focus on supporting clients predominantly in the mining, marine, heavy industry, first response, government and commercial sectors. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced High risk / short course trainer/assessor committed to quality education.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver training in Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
n
- Deliver training in Enter and Work in Confined Spaces
n
- Deliver training in Gas Test Atmosphere
n
- Deliver LVR / CPR
n
- Deliver training in Working at Heights
n
- Deliver training in Provide First Aid & CPR
n
- Deliver training in a variety of skills
n

About you

n

n




- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
n
- Industry relevant experience
n
- Experience in either construction or mining industry sectors
n
- Australian work authorisation is required
n
- HRWL Trainer assessor, Forklift, EWP + 11m, Dogging & Non slew crane desirable
