About the role
n
We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Bondi Junction boutique. This is a full time role on the shop floor, supporting patients and customers through their eyewear journey, from greeting and styling through to dispensing support and aftercare.
n
You will work closely with the store team and optometrists, and you will be part of a busy Westfield store that serves a diverse local community.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver a warm, high‐end customer experience on the shop floor
n
- Assist with frame styling, sales and the full patient journey
n
- Support optometrists and the team with dispensing, collections and aftercare
n
- Keep the boutique presentation to 1001 standard
n
- Help with daily store operations, including stock, merchandising and admin
n
- Build relationships with returning patients and Westfield shoppers
n
n
About you
n
n
- Confident, motivated and comfortable on a busy shop floor
n
- A genuine interest in fashion, service and people
n
- Organised, reliable and able to work as part of a small team
n
- Happy to learn optical retail and our house brands
n
- Available for full‐time retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is an advantage
n
- Previous optical or specialty‐retail experience is valued, but not required. We will provide training to the right person.
