How will you contribute to our success?

Crew management:

Supervising crew coordinators in their day-to-day current functions such as the following below but not limited to:

Planning and appointment of personnel to vessels in accordance with CSL procedures, agreed terms & conditions of employment as per CBA’s (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and specified experience/ qualification requirements

Crew change and rotation planning ensuring timely relief and effective cost management

Performing full cycle recruitment for officers and shipboard personnel

Ensuring that seafarers’ training requirements are met





Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of the company’s shipboard personnel are available and maintained within the crewing system
