Sales Associate or experienced Residential Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through
daily prospecting, calls, door knocking, networking and database work
Manage buyers from initial enquiry through to sale
Conduct buyer callbacks and consistent follow-up
Invite buyers to new listings and open homes
Conduct and assist with open homes
Follow up every buyer after inspections
Service the lead agent's listings and vendors
Manage buyers throughout auction campaigns
Assist with negotiations and sales
Manage the contract-to-settlement period
Conduct property appraisals and assist with securing new listings
Identify appraisal and listing opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and referral clients
Maintain and develop the agency database
Coordinate and assist with property marketing campaigns
Work closely with our Sales Manager and established sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Support the day-to-day operation of the sales team
What We’re Looking For We are open to both
Sales Associates and experienced Sales Agents .
Sales Associate
Motivated and eager to build a long-term career in real estate
Strong communication and people skills
Proactive and willing to learn
Confident speaking with buyers and vendors
Strong computer skills
Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential
Experienced Sales Agent
Minimum
2-3 years' experience
in residential real estate sales
Proven ability to list and sell residential property
Experience conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
Strong understanding of contracts, sales processes and property marketing
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with solid business development and lead generation skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
Essential Requirements
Current NSW Real Estate Licence or certificate
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong computer skills
Living within reasonable proximity to
Chester Hill
is preferred
Highly Regarded
Ability to speak
Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Vietnamese or Arabic
would be a significant advantage due to our local client base.
