About the Role

n

This is a real opportunity for an energetic, driven Sales Consultant who loves building relationships and closing deals. Our top performers are currently delivering 40+ vehicles per month — and we'll back you with the stock, the leads, and the team to get you there.

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Assisting customers through their entire vehicle-buying journey
n
- Presenting and demonstrating our range of quality used & factory fresh vehicles
n
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right options
n
- Managing enquiries, appointments, and follow-up activities
n




- Achieving individual sales targets and performance goals
n
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
n
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every time
n

This role comes with a generous base salary plus uncapped commission — so your earning potential is genuinely in your hands.

About You

n

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
n
- A passion for sales and outstanding customer service
n
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence negotiating and closing
n
- A positive, results-driven mindset
n
- Excellent time management and organisation
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
- Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
n
