Here's how a Design Engineering Student for our Design team at our North Sydney office contributes to our team:

n

n
- Assistingwith coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process which includes taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.
n
- Assisting with review of RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, Commissioning plan and electrical studies for key design requirements.
n
- Facilitatingcommunication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.
n




- Ensuringproject compliance and quality through site O&Ms; and warranty item tracking
n
- Streamliningproject processes by converting excel inspection test plans into PM4+ ITP templates.
n
- Supportingproject success by developing and maintaining Power BI Synoptics design dashboards for projects.
n
- Communicatingwith internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
n
- Developing and maintaining strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a solar design function.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Proficient in various computer software programs, including AutoCad, word processing, and spreadsheet applications (Excel).
n
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
n
