What you'll be doing

Set up and operate gluing machines to bind materials

n

Monitor the gluing process to ensure quality and efficiency

n

Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the final products

n

Collaborate with the wider production team to meet deadlines and targets

n

Maintain detailed records and documentation of the gluing process

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience as a Gluer Machine Operator or in a similar printing/publishing role

n

folder/gluer, window patching, tray forming

n

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain gluing machines

n

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

n

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced production workplace

n

Good communication and teamwork skills

n

Strong safety consciousness and adherence to company policies and procedures
