Myndshift Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a major mining operation at Callide Mine, near Biloela, Queensland. You will report to the Maintenance Superintendent and lead workshop maintenance crews to deliver the maintenance plan safely and efficiently.

Role focuses on driving safety performance, developing a robust team, and ensuring equipment availability and reliability. A strong Leading Hand with supervisory potential will also be considered for progression.
