Flowwrapper Machine Operators & Process Workers

Elite Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Flow Wrapper Machine Operators on behalf of our clients, leading and well-established Australian food manufacturers located across Clayton South, Hallam, Boronia and Rowville.
n Available Shifts:
n Clayton South: Afternoon 3:00pm to 11:06pm and Night Shift 11:00pm to 7:06am
n Hallam: Night Shift 10:00pm to 6:00am
n Rowville: Night Shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am
n Boronia: Night Shift - 11:00pm to 7:06am
n Key Responsibilities:
n You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Operating flowwrapper machine - production machinery safely and efficiently in line with GMP & SOP requirements.
n
- Performing machine set-ups and changeovers.
n
- Operating Flow Wrappers, Lead Cartoners and Propac machines.
n
- Maintaining smooth product flow through to packing.
n
- Conducting quality checks and completing production documentation
n




- Working closely with Quality, Maintenance & Materials Handling teams.
n
- Keeping machinery and work areas clean and production-ready.
n
- Following production schedules and maintaining high safety standards.
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Machine Operator in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
n
- Hands-on experience with Flow Wrappers, Lead Cartoners and Propac machines
n
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP and quality standards
n
- Valuable English literacy and computer skills
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- A proactive, adaptable and continuous-improvement mindset
n
- A strong focus on safety, quality and productivity
n
