About the Roles

These positions are not isolated to one department. We're looking for team members who are happy to work across a variety of areas, including:

Reception
n
Promotions & Member Engagement

What We're Looking For

We're seeking people who are:

Customer service focused (this is essential)
n
Friendly, reliable, and professional in presentation
n
Able to work well as part of a team
n
Confident dealing with members and guests
n
Willing to learn and step into different duties when required
n
Availability Matters
n
These are casual roles, and we are specifically looking for applicants who understand that hospitality is not a Monday to Friday, 9–5 job.
n
Successful candidates must be available for a mix of shifts, including:

Nights
n
Public holidays
n
Busy promotional periods
n
Experience & Training
n
Previous experience in clubs, hospitality, bar or gaming is highly regarded — however, training will be provided for the right candidates.
