As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our business, ensuring every order is managed accurately, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset.

Success in this role comes from staying calm under pressure, thinking on your feet, and genuinely caring about helping customers achieve the best outcome.

About The Role

Managing customer orders and delivery requests accurately and efficiently

Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Communicating proactively to keep customers informed and projects moving

Solving problems and finding practical solutions when circumstances change

Working closely with operational teams to coordinate successful outcomes

Providing service that customers remember for all the right reasons

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Shifts rostered between 5:00am and 5:00pm
