An exciting new chance for a service advisor has just opened up at Riverina Motor Group multi franchise Service Centre.

We are looking for a sales driven individual with a focus on customer service and excellent time management skills.

The role of the Service Advisor involves:

n

- Liaising with customers, management, and technical staff.
n
- Convey all customer requirement and concerns to the workshop accurately.
n
- Managing the daily on flow of repair orders and invoicing.
n
- Possess the ability to on-sell work to customers and advise on future maintenance requirements.
n
- Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
n

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Have exceptional communication skills.
n




- Previous industry experience preferred but not necessary.
n
- Be highly focused on customer satisfaction.
n
- Must work well in a team environment.
n
- Possess a current NSW driver's licence.
n
