Thorne Harbour Health is seeking an Early Career Mental Health Counsellor to join the Therapeutic Services team in South Australia. You will provide sexuality and gender affirming, trauma-informed counselling to clients with mild to moderate mental health concerns. Under supervision, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across Mental Health, AOD and Family and Domestic
