As a Team Leader, you will lead, coach and develop a team of Consultants who support a portfolio of clients with complex financial and legal needs. What you need
You'll be an experienced people leader who can build a positive, accountable and supportive team workplace. Experience leading and developing teams in a service-based environment. Experience supporting people experiencing vulnerability or complex circumstances.
