We are looking for a skilled and reliable Full-Time Barber/ Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about barbering, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a great experience for every client. Key Responsibilities

Provide high quality haircuts, fades, beard shaping, and grooming services using professional barbering tools. Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and recommend suitable cuts and grooming options. Perform shampooing, conditioning, blow drying, straightening, and basic styling as required. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitised according to salon safety standards. Deliver friendly and professional customer service, building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business. Assist with basic chemical services such as colouring or toning when required by senior staff. Prepare clients for services,



ensuring comfort and proper gowning. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient shop environment. Follow workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with salon hygiene regulations. Requirements

Previous barbering experience preferred (1-3years) Cert 3 or cert 4 AQF or 3 years FT experience Strong skills in fades, tapers, and beard work Friendly and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills What We Offer
