$80,000 – $100,000 per year + Annual Incentives

Acts as the primary relationship owner across defined customer segments, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to post-installation follow-up, driving repeat customers. Proactively manages customer touchpoints, resolving issues before they escape and identifying upsell or referral opportunities within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

n

Manage the end-to-end sales and fulfilment process for residential/home gym clients — from product selection and space planning through to delivery and installation coordination with PLAE project team

n

Develop and refine a repeatable turn-key home gym offering, including curated product packages, pricing tiers, and installation partnerships

n

Build and maintain existing relationships with architects and design consultants, positioning PLAE as the preferred specification partner for performance and commercial flooring

n

Manage architect-led project pipelines, supporting specification documentation, product selections, sample kits, and SOR inclusions

n





Serve as partner account manager for PLAE's high-value partnerships and elite performance facilities, maintaining regular contact and driving retention, engagement, and growth within these accounts

n

Identify co-marketing, referral, and project pipeline opportunities through partnership relationships

n

Own the deliverables from a sales and marketing standpoint based on individual agreements
