Job Description

Randstad Australia is seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer in Bendigo, VIC. This full time, onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm for a 12-month assignment, delivering vital support to NDIS participants, families and carers at the local office.

You will be the front-line contact, handling counter duties, managing enquiries across channels, and coordinating appointments and data entry in line with the NDIS Act.
