Who are we looking for

n

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment/IndustrialRelationsor a related discipline.

n

Demonstrated experience in a seniorPeople & Culture Business Partner position, supporting complex and diverse business portfolios.

n

Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislationand contemporary people practices.

n

The ability to analyse complex situations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.

About the Role

AsDirector, People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across New South Wales& ACTand a diverse corporate portfolioprimarily ofProperty and FacilitiesManagement.

n

Acting as a trusted people advisor, you willprovideexpert guidance on a broad range of People & Culture matters while helping leaders build engaged, high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders across the Sydney business to provide practical, day to day HR support and advice.
n
- Act as the first point of contact for managersand a coachon employee relations, performance management,engagementand people related matters.
n
- Support recruitment activities,



workforce planning and onboarding across your portfolio.
n
- Provide clear and commercially focused advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholdersacross New South Walesand ACT.
n
- Managetransitionof employeesfrom other organisationsincluding Transfers of Business
