. Complete surface finishing operation(s) as directed by the Production Manager during a shift.
- Complete Production related tasks including chemical handling and Operational Maintenance tasks as directed, depending on Operational priorities at the time.
- Support Operations in achieving production, quality, safety and environmental elements of the business by completing tasks as directed;
- Reporting directly to the Production Manager; and working with other members of staff when directed.
- Oversee routine maintenance and housekeeping of your designated production area(s) and its equipment during a shift.
- Training other staff where suitable;
- Attending training sessions when requested;
- Use of hand tools to complete duties;
- Work a reasonable amount of overtime, if and when requested to do so.
