We’re a friendly, family-oriented concrete pumping business looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Labourer to join our team. No experience needed but the willingness to learn is a must.
You will be responsible for supporting both Concrete Line and Boom Pump operations as a line hand.
It’s physically demanding and includes handling heavy hoses, assisting with set-up and pack-up, and cleaning equipment after jobs.
Current hours range from 15 to 38 per week, with potential for more as the industry improves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with laying out and connecting hoses for concrete placement
- Pull and manoeuvre heavy hoses during line and boom pump operation
- Support boom pump operator on site
- Clean and pack up equipment after jobs
- Grease the pump at every job
- General site clean-up and basic maintenance
- Keeping the site protected
Requirements:
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- MR Truck Licence (Not Essential)
- White Card (essential)
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy hoses and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Experience in construction or concrete work (preferred but not essential)
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
