An opportunity exists at our Doctors at Australia Fair practice, for a friendly, professional, and dedicated medical receptionist to join our awesome team.

We're looking for a casual receptionist, someone that is flexible with hours and has no restrictions on availability.

What we are looking for:

- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Superior multi-tasking skills and
- Confident computer skills

Experience in a similar role within general practice is essential. You will be responsible for:

- Enhancing the image of the practice through your professional and friendly customer service approach.
- Helping shape the general front desk & administration duties
- Handling of incoming calls
- Delivery of premium customer service to our patients and clinicians alike
- Booking of GP and Allied Health appointments
- Receipting of Medicare,



HICAPS & private billings

Demonstrated skills include:

- Experience with Best Practice (preferred)
- Experience in administration within a busy GP surgery
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Excellent customer service
- Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team For immediate commencement.
