Bayside Total Cleans is a growing, locally owned cleaning business based in Frankston, providing high-quality residential cleaning services across Frankston and surrounding suburbs.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Casual Cleaner to join our small team.
This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys working independently and as part of a small team, and is looking for flexible weekday work with the opportunity for their hours to grow over time.
What we offer
- $34 per hour + superannuation

- Paid travel time between jobs
- Kilometre reimbursement for travel between jobs
- All cleaning equipment and products supplied
- Uniform supplied
- Approximately 8–12 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to build toward 15–20+ hours as your client roster grows
- Monday–Friday work (no weekends!)
- Two-week break over the Christmas/Recent Year period
- Support and hands-on training before working independently
- A small, friendly team where your work is genuinely valued
- A mix of regular residential cleaning and occasional deep, vacate and one-off cleans
- As a growing business, there may also be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow with us over time
About the role
You'll be cleaning clients' homes both independently and alongside other team members. Our clients trust us in their homes and expect a consistently high standard, so we're looking for someone who notices the little things,
takes pride in the finished result and understands the importance of those finishing touches.
You'll receive hands-on training in our cleaning methods, products and standards before progressing to independent cleans.
We're looking for someone who
- Is reliable, punctual and takes their commitments seriously
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in leaving a home looking its best
- Can follow a cleaning checklist and consistently complete work to a high standard
- Is comfortable working independently once trained
- Communicates well and is friendly and respectful with clients
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Has a current Police Check or is willing to obtain one
- Has weekday availability across multiple days
- Is looking for an ongoing role within a growing small business
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but isn't essential, as full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, robust attention to detail and takes genuine pride in their work.
