Cool Medjool was founded on a easy but powerful belief: healthy should be normal and indulgence should never require compromise. This belief drives our mission: to reimagine indulgence by making the healthy choice the most delicious one.

Founded in 2025, Cool Medjool produces a range of organic dark chocolate covered Medjool dates with delicious and nutritious fillings. There are currently five wholesome flavours; Peanut Butter, Double Chocolate, Coconut, Hazelnut Crunch, sold as Singles or Twin Packs.

Drawing on combined expertise in nutrition science and the culinary arts, every Cool Medjool product is organic, refined sugar-free, plant-based and gluten-free - crafted without compromising on flavour, texture or experience and designed to nourish.

Our signature house-made chocolate is made using fair-trade, sustainably sourced, certified organic Peruvian Criollo cacao and sweetened exclusively with dehydrated whole dates - a deliberate formulation that retains the fruit's natural fibre and nutrients.



It delivers sweetness as nature intended, without refined sugar, without compromise.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for a passionate individual who is into healthy food and wants to kick start their career.

The role is a casual role for a Team Member. You'll spend your time hosting product tastings in our customers retail stores all over Sydney. You'll get to interact with potential customers & represent Cool Medjool in market.

There is potential chance for growth into a Junior Sales Rep / Sales Assistant role in the future.
