We’re looking for 2x Casual Warehouse & Online Order Fulfilment Team Members to join our Moorabbin team and help us pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role primarily focused on online order fulfilment and warehouse operations.

Your day will include

- Picking and packing online customer orders
- Preparing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
- Replenishing picking locations and organising stock
- Assisting with Click & Collect orders
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Assisting with general warehouse and operational tasks as required
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and promotional events

Hours We are currently planning for approximately 2 shifts per week per person, with shifts generally running from 8:00am–4:00pm.

Additional shifts may be available during busy periods, particularly around major sales events and Christmas (October-December).

We’re looking for people who can offer reliable ongoing availability, rather than short-term seasonal availability.

About You

You don’t need previous eCommerce experience,



we’re happy to train the right people.

You will ideally be

- Reliable and punctual – we need people the team can depend on
- Detail-focused – accuracy is important when picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Efficient and proactive – comfortable working at pace and looking for what needs to be done next
- Organised – able to keep your workspace and stock areas tidy
- A team player – happy to contribute wherever needed within a small team
- Comfortable with physical work – including being on your feet, moving stock and handling cartons throughout the day
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and learning current tools

Previous experience in warehousing, retail, order fulfilment, eCommerce or stock handling is an advantage, but not essential. Experience with Shopify, Starshipit or Cin7 is also welcome, but not required.
