THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Cellar Door Sales Assistant to join our team on casual basis. Our wines carry a heritage and a story and we are looking for someone to bring that to life for our guests through warm service, knowledge and passion.

As you welcome our guests to Sandalford you will guide them through wine tastings and create an experience that reflects the quality and history behind every bottle. You will assist in hosting large groups or VIPs on winery tours and blending activities, contribute to wine and merchandise sales targets and take pride in the clean, organised and inviting Cellar Door at the Sandalford Wines Caversham Estate.

ABOUT YOU

- Have a passion for customer service to ensure EVERY guest has a gold class experience.
- Sales experience and have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a skilled demeanor.
- Knowledge of wine, varietals and wine regions with enthusiasm to learn more, WSET qualification highly regarded.
- Experience in taking payments and using a point of sales (POS)



system, assist in invoicing and ordering and have the ability to learn new systems.
- Be well presented, well spoken & must be reliable.
- Australian Drivers license, RSA certificate and Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months).
- Full Australian working rights required.

We are open 7 days a week so candidates must be flexible and able to work on the weekend and also during the week!
