About the role

BBQ-K Springvale is a Korean BBQ restaurant located in the heart of Springvale, Victoria, specializing in authentic Korean dishes with various Asian cuisine combinations. We are seeking passionate experienced Chef/cook to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial kitchens preferably with the expertise to contribute to the menu and kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes according to provided recipes
- Oversee kitchen staffs and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
- Involve in menu developing and creating
- Ordering, stock control and rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team

What We're looking for

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles or in hospitality environment




- Have a right to work in Australia
- Fully available over a 7-day roster and able to work 5 days weekly shifts including weekends
- Able to work under pressure and be a team player
- Strong communication skills and attention to details
- Able to relocate or commute yourself
