About the role

We are seeking a Chef or Cook to join our team at the Cooee Hotel in St Georges Basin NSW 2540. In this position you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and exceptional customer service to our guests. Working with our Chefs you will gain experience.

What you'll be doing

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our seasonal menu
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen setting
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

- We are looking for someone passionate about food & Customer service that wants to expand on their skills, working with some of the best Chefs on the Coast.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively




- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
