- We are looking for an experienced chef to join our restaurant team.
- Must have experience cooking Nepali and South Asian cuisine.
- Experience with momo and traditional Nepali food is preferred.
- Must be able to prepare food to a consistently high standard.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures is essential.
- Ability to manage food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organisation.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Experience ordering ingredients and controlling food costs is an advantage.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
