About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Full-Time Chef to join our team at Lone Star Rib House Success, located in Success WA 6164. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals that deliver an outstanding dining experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes from our menu to the highest standards

- Ensuring all food preparation and cooking tasks are completed efficiently and consistently

- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

- Assisting with menu planning and development when required

- Delivering excellent customer service and responding to special requests promptly

- Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

- Producing high-quality food at all times with solid attention to detail

- Demonstrating a hands-on work ethic, can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask

- Managing competing demands and performing well under pressure – strong time management is essential

- Ensuring smooth and organised kitchen operations during service

- Maintaining clear communication with the front-of-house team

- Being honest, reliable, positive, and dedicated to service excellence

- Working autonomously as well as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Chef, ideally within the Hospitality & Tourism industry





- Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chef

- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Passion for high-quality food and presentation

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Food safety and hygiene certification
- A positive, professional attitude and solid work ethic

- Customer-focused mindset
