Chef – Support Our Culinary Team in the Heart of Melbourne

Location: Hardware Lane, Melbourne CBD

We are seeking an experienced, professional Chef to support our kitchen team, the position is hands on and covers all aspects of the kitchen operations. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, an ability to fulfil and add value to our existing business model and activities while thriving in a fast pace and sometimes high-pressure environment. You must be able to follow instruction, work both as a part of a team and unsupervised.

The successful candidate will be expected to be energetic, reliable, hardworking, honest, punctual and accountable. They will be self-motivated and be able to follow established menu recipes,



operational standards and procedures.

Ability to handle high-volume services while maintaining composure and professionalism

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

· Exceptional culinary skills with a flair for creativity and innovation

· Comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations,

· Formal culinary training or equivalent
