We are a growing local manufacturer seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to support our daily operations. This varied role combines hands-on manufacturing, order fulfillment, and face-to-face customer service. You will be key in ensuring our products are made accurately, packaged safely, and dispatched on time, while offering a welcoming experience to walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Production: Safely measure, mix, and raw materials following precise batch formulas and standard operating procedures.

- Packaging &
- Labeling:

Accurately fill containers, apply correct product labeling, and ensure quality control standards are met.

- Warehouse &

- Dispatch:

Pick, pack, and prepare dispatch orders for transport; load/unload freight safely.

- Customer Service: Assist walk-in retail and trade customers with direct purchases, process over-the-counter sales, and handle basic product inquiries.

- Forklift &

- Inventory:

Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods around the warehouse.



Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Key Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial production environments is essential.

- Forklift License: Valid High Risk Work License (Forklift / LF) with demonstrated operating experience.

- Attitude: Positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong reliability and a willingness to step in where needed.

- Customer Skills: Friendly, skilled communication skills for face-to-face customer interactions.

- Physical Capability: Comfortable with manual handling, heavy lifting, and standing for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.

- Attention to Detail: Precision in following ratios, recipes, and safety guidelines (Safety Data Sheets).

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
