Adore Beauty's Robina store is looking for passionate Christmas Casual Beauty Advisors to join the team on a three-month seasonal contract.

We’re looking for Christmas Casual team members to join us on a three-month seasonal contract, supporting our Robina store throughout the busy festive period. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love delivering personalised service and be ready to bring positive energy during one of our busiest times of the year.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised and inviting
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, new launches and industry trends
- Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
- Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
- Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
- Build strong customer relationships and bring positive energy to every interaction
- Support the wider store team throughout busy peak trade
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)
- Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser or makeup artist will be highly regarded
- A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
- A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- A confident, positive and solution-focused approach
- Flexibility and availability throughout the Christmas and peak trading period
