We are seeking a dedicated and hands‐on Grounds and Maintenance Support Officer to join us in a part‐time (0.6 FTE), permanent position commencing 19 October 2026, or as negotiated. Through the care, upkeep, and presentation of the school grounds and facilities, you will cultivate a safe, welcoming, and well‐maintained environment where students, staff, and families can feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining school grounds, including gardens, lawns, playgrounds, and outdoor learning spaces.
n
- Undertaking routine maintenance tasks across buildings and facilities.
n
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or hazards.
n
- Assisting with set‐up and pack‐down for school events and activities.
n
- Supporting the upkeep of furniture, equipment, and outdoor areas.
n

Essential Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrate a committed Christian faith by actively supporting the College's Christian life and aligning with the Association's Statement of Faith, Christian Lifestyle Statement, and educational objectives.
n
- Robust attention to detail in all work performed.
n
- Contribute positively, enthusiastically and safely towards the improvement of work‐related systems on school grounds and property.
n
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety compliance.
n
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team and the wider school community.
n
- Holds a current Working with Children card, and Department of Education Criminal History Check, or willingness to apply.
n
