Lucia is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our restaurant and bar, lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Assistant Manager

About the role

- Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and take charge in their absence
- Lead shifts and coordinate front-of-house, bar and kitchen teams for smooth service
- Deliver warm, professional service and handle guest enquiries and feedback
- Train, support and mentor team members
- Assist with rostering and day-to-day staff allocation
- Coordinate bookings, functions and large groups
- Maintain service, presentation and cleanliness standards
- Oversee opening and closing procedures

What you will bring

- Previous assistant management or senior supervisory experience in a busy hospitality venue




- Strong leadership and communication skills, with confidence leading a busy service
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
