Our client in Sydney / Brisbane is looking for ServiceNow Onsite Developer this is a contract 6+ months role.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
n
- Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
n
- Build and support workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and reports.
n
- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
n
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform enhancements.
n
- Work closely with offshore development and support teams.
n
- Participate in workshops, status meetings, and project discussions.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
n
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and Service Catalog modules.
n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
n

n

Preferred

n

n
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
n
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
n
- Experience with ITOM
n

n
