Hey Family Law is a highly reputable boutique family law firm who provide quality advice and deliver exceptional results for our clients in family law disputes.

Due to internal growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to work within our busy, innovative specialist family law firm.

n

The role will be based at our office in Bundall on the Gold Coast and will be a permanent full time position, between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

n

The candidate will have the following attributes:

n

n
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills;
n
- Be immaculately presented, punctual and reliable;
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
n
- Have meticulous attention to detail;
n
- Be enthusiastic and have a willingness and ability to work within a close team;
n
- Display motivation to work in a fast-paced environment;
n




- Competency with Microsoft Office programs incl. Outlook and Word;
n
- Driver's license and own vehicle preferred, but not mandatory.
n

The role will include (but not be limited to):

n

n
- Preparing and drafting Court documents;
n
- Assisting solicitors with parenting, property and domestic violence matters;
n
- Diary management;
n
- Taking client instructions;Scanning, photocopying, binding, faxing, filing and archiving; and
n
- General legal secretarial/ administrative tasks.
n

Salary commensurate with experience.
