About the Candidate We are seeking an experienced and motivated Japanese Restaurant Cook to join our busy and growing team in Mount Isa, Queensland.
This is a full-time position suited to a passionate hospitality professional with solid experience in Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and hot food preparation.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a Japanese restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and food preparation
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Strong teamwork and communication skills
