About the role

Join our banking customer service team and help customers with everyday enquiries. You'll be supported every step of the way with structured training and coaching.

What You'll Be Doing

Answer inbound customer calls (no sales)

Help with customer's banking related queries including fraud, dispute, credit card and business banking

Use multiple systems to find solutions

Provide accurate and skilled support

What We're Looking For

Customer service or banking experience desirable (retail, hospitality,



call centre - all welcome!)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

No sales - 100% customer service

Penalty rates for week-end work, public holidays or overnight work

Paid birthday off (conditions apply)

Additional annual leave

Monthly performance bonuses ($300 to $500 per month)
