One day you might be repairing plaster and painting, the next completing carpentry work or knocking over a list of maintenance jobs.

- Has their own tools

- Can work independently and problem-solve on site

- Takes pride in leaving a job finished properly

- Is reliable, punctual and communicates well

- Can work efficiently without needing someone looking over their shoulder all day

- Is comfortable dealing professionally with clients and tenants

- Has a valuable attitude and works well as part of a team

- Experienced across multiple areas of property maintenance and willing to get stuck in
