About the role: Join a highly regarded and growing Brisbane practice and work through a variety of matters across employment, industrial relations and workplace safety, including:

Appearing at the Fair Work Commission. Providing advice about an employee’s suspension or ill-health management.



Drafting submissions in response to a discrimination claim. Advising on steps to address a workplace conduct complaint. Getting evidence for an underpayment dispute. Workplace conduct and psychosocial risk matters. Serious workplace incidents and regulator investigations. WHS prosecutions and coronial inquests.

The ideal candidate: 3+ years' PQE

inemployment, industrial relations and/or workplace safety. Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in workplace law. Experience managing matters and competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
