We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Rise & Shine Kindergarten, Maroochy River 2!

n

This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Designing and implementing inclusive, play based learning programs that foster children's development.
n
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional and cognitive growth.
n
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning progress to inform curriculum planning.
n
- Building solid,



positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
n
- Promoting language and literacy development through storytelling, role play and interactive experiences.
n
- Ensuring compliance with the NQF and EYLF.
n
- Leading and mentoring educators to maintain high quality early childhood education and care.
n
- Communicating effectively with families to discuss children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones.
n

Skill & Experience

n

About You:

n

n
- You're passionate about early years education and committed to your own ongoing professional development.
n
- You have a deep understanding of children's developmental stages and are excited about implementing best practices.
n
- You're a team player who loves working in a vibrant, supportive workplace.
n
- You have a strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
n
- Leadership experience is preferred.
n

What You'll Need:

n

n
- At least 1 year of work experience
n
- Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
n
- First Aid certification and a valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
n
- National Child Safety training.
n
- Desirable: Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Training.
