Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others become the best version of themselves? Elite Supplements is growing across the Gold Coast region and we're looking for two energetic, customer-focused retail leaders to run our stores.
We're now accepting applications for two Store Manager positions at our Nerang and Upper Coomera stores.
What You'll Do
Lead a team and drive sales to exceed targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections
Coach and develop your staff to perform at their best
Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry—we'll train you!)
Manage rosters, stock and merchandising to keep the store performing and looking fresh
Take ownership of your store's results
What We're Looking For
Retail leadership experience — you've run a store or a team before
A track record of hitting and beating sales targets
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
Strong communication skills and flexible availability (including weekends)
Supplement knowledge is a big plus, but we'll back the right leader
Willingness to travel between stores when required
