About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and creating a range of administrative duties for NRGAUS and its clients. The role will suit someone who is organised, proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently while also being part of a busy team environment.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- General office administration and data entry
n
- Entering and processing invoices through Xero
n
- End of Month Reporting, liaising with our Accountant on occasion
n
- Managing and monitoring the company's shared inbox
n
- Booking company accommodation, when required
n
- Managing vehicle servicing and insurance
n
- Ordering office supplies and general stock
n
- Assisting Directors and Supervisors with administrative tasks
n
- Communicating with staff, clients and external suppliers
n
- Maintaining organised records and company documentation
n

About you
n
n
- Has previous experience in administration, office coordination or a similar role
n
- Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail
n
- Has positive computer skills and is confident learning new systems
n
- Experience with MYOB or Xero is highly regarded
n
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n
- Is reliable, professional and able to work with minimal supervision
n
- Holds a current driver's licence
n
